Shrishti Jain is Assistant Vice President at BlueStone Jewellery & Lifestyle Ltd, where she heads finance and leasing, drives new initiatives, and leads the design of the company’s customer loyalty programme. She also supports investor relations for the listed brand, working alongside the founder on earnings and investor communication. An entrepreneur before she was an operator, Shrishti founded and ran Reading Right, an education venture that worked with state education councils in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, national publications, and institutions across India. She has also served as Lead Consultant to the Planning Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, on infrastructure, energy and urban development — including the design principles of the state’s Coastal Economic Zone. She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, where she received a full merit scholarship awarded to the top 1% of her batch. She is a TEDx speaker.
